I have owned an iPhone for over 4 years now and I have collected a lot of games!
Here is my roundup of the best games for iPhone & iPad, some you may know but I hope some will be new to you:

1. Infinity Blade 1 & 2 - ChAIR Entertainment
My favourite iOS game - unparalleled graphics, action and storyline. With free updates as well Infinity Blade keeps you coming back for more.
2. Jet Pack Joyride - Half Brick
A fast paced free game by Half Brick, the makers of Fruit Ninja! Dodge the ever more difficult obstacles and collect coins to upgrade your character.
3. Labyrinth 1 & 2 - Illusion Labs
A great modern take of the classic Labyrinth board game. Labyrinth 2 graphics are amazing with crazy cannons and obstacles. Make your own or download community level packs!
4. Real Racing 1 & 2 - Fire Mint
The best mobile racing game! Real Racing surprised me how well they have optimised the controls to the iPhone and iPad. No other racing game has cut it for me, the gameplay and graphics are top.
5. Flight Control & Flight Control Rocket - Firemint
The best casual iOS game, sit back and beat that high score! Flight Control Rocket is a worthy sequel with a different pace and gameplay.
6. Tilt to Live - One Man Left
A well optimised iOS game that requires fast and steady reactions to dodge swarming red dots and to pick up weapons to fight your way out. This game drives me nuts at trying to beat my high score and to unlock all the achievements!
7. World of Goo - 2D Boy
An amazing PC game that has been brought to iOS! The design is perfect for hand held play if you enjoy puzzles get it.
8. Bejewelled & Bejewelled Blitz - PopCap
An iconic game, play the free game Bejewelled Blitz to get immediately hooked to play for your high score and beat your Facebook friends. Also purchase Bejewelled for adventure and other game modes.
9. Pool Bar and Snooker Club - Future Games of England
The most realistic Pool and Snooker games for iOS. Play by yourself, on one device with a friend or on online multiplayer!
10. Touchgrind BMX - Illusion Labs
Pull off jumps and tricks with this iOS BMX game. Controls take a while to get used to but they are amazingly accurate with deep replay factor.
11. Flick Golf! and Flick Golf! Extreme - Full Fat Games
A golf game that isn’t boring like Tiger Woods Golf! Hit, swipe and curl your crazy shots and aim for that whole in one.
12. Tiny Wings - Andreas Illiger
A unique game by Andreas Illiger where you control the flight and slingshot of a bird off the hill tops. You will spend a long time beating high scores and unlocking new nests!
13. Rage - ID Software
A well designed gun game shooting Mutants and targets in a game show. Need not worry about movement keys, the on-rails design means you can focus on the killing using the accelerometer on your device!
14. Muffin Knight - Angry Mob Games
Unlock heroes, levels and play online or locally with a friend, Muffin Knight is a fast paced game that surprised me how good it is!
